- Suspended License - Your license will be suspended for six months.
- Driving School - You will have to complete a "Driving Under the Influence" program in a San Diego driving school before you can drive again.
- Insurance - In some cases the price of your insurance will increase and your insurance plan will reflect your conviction. Also, a special kind of insurance is required for a restricted license.
- IID - There is a possibility that you could be ordered to install an Ignition Interlock Device. Sometimes you are required to purchase the expensive machinery from your local San Diego police department.
