Husband and Wife Arrested for Christmas Theft Crimes

A man and his wife are finally being arrested fortheft crimes committed last Christmas.

According to San Diego police Lt. Andra Brown, Rowena and Timoteo Orque stole toys from a donation bin inside a San Diego credit union last Christmas. However it wasn't until this week that police were able to arrest the pair on formal charges of commercial burglary. 

Officers were stumped when, after watching a surveillance video multiple times of a man and woman walking into the credit union last year carrying an empty mail bin, they were unable to determine their identities. It was an eyewitness report that ultimately led them to the couple, a statement about the getaway car being burgundy.
