Officers Arrest Hired Murderers from Tijuana
Officers in California were excited to arrest there men who were reportedly hired to kill people in their state for a Tijuana drug gang. The man behind the scheme, according to the California Attorney General's office, is Juan Francisco Sillas Rochas, a high-ranking member of the Arellano Felix Organization.
The attorney general has now accused Rochas of hiring the hit men to kill five people who owed drug money, offering to pay them thousands of dollars to get the job done. Rocha, also known as "Ruedas," is believed to be responsible for the recent spat of drug violence that has rocked Tijuana. While the San Diego District Attorney's office is trying to get a warrant for his arrest, Ruedas still remains at large.
He is also wanted in his own country for state crimes. At this time, however, there is no federal warrant that ties him to the organized crime that is responsible for the scheme of premeditated murder.
