Registered Sex Offender Arrested by Police
A registered sex offender was arrested by police in San Diego County after assaulting two women earlier this month.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff"s Department, Jeremy Stutzman, a 33-year-old parolee, was arrested without incident at a Motel 6. This ended a short but intense manhunt for Stutzman, accused of assaulting two women in Vista. One of the victims was kidnapped in her own Toyota Corolla and released the following day. Information on the second victim has yet to be released.
The registry of sex offenders in California shows that Stutzman has once been convicted of sexual battery.
