Two Men Involved in 2007 Murder Detained
Officers in San Diego are excited to learn about the detention of two men they believe to be involved in a 2007 killing.
The two men, brothers Ramiro and Jaime Lizarrage, were first detained in Tijuana and then deported to the United States. Now they are in the San Diego County Jail facing murder charges. The victim, David Coronado, lost his life on Nov. 18, 2007, when he was shot in his own backyard. When officials learned that the brothers have fled to Mexico several years ago, they issued arrest warrants. Mexican officials were later given wanted bulletins, alerting them to the Lizarrages" crimes.
Coronado, 53, left behind a wife and three children.
