Suspect Arrested Following Shooting Spree
After going on a short shooting spree, one man is finally behind bars thanks to a citizen's alert.
According to the police department, the 24-year-old man is suspected of hitting two cars, an ambulance and wounding at least one person with his firearm. Thanks to eyewitness reports, police were able to get a solid description of the shooter's vehicle. When officers detained the suspect, they found a weapon at his home.
Several tests were run to compare the bullets located at the scene of the crime with the weapon they found. Initial tests show revealed that the same gun was used at all four crime scenes. At this time, police are still uncertain whether the shooter had help during his crime spree.
