Police Track Down Murder Suspect Hundreds of Miles from Crime

It took the police several days to track down a suspect, but when they finally did, he was hundreds of miles away from the original crime scene.

According to law enforcement agents, the 20-year-old male suspect is responsible for shooting and killing two brothers last week at a birthday party. The victims, 22-years-old and 15-years-old, were killed instantly by the gunfire. During their investigation of the case, police determined that the shots were likely gang-related and linked to another reported gunfire case just a few blocks away the same night.

After gathering evidence about the first shooter, officers were able to locate him in El Centro, a suburb of San Diego. He is currently being held on murder charges.
