When choosing a criminal defense attorney you want to look for several things. First and foremost you want to hire somebody who is a trial attorney because a trial attorney understands the evidence that is going to help you or hurt you in your case. And that’s true whether or not your case settles before a just trial or of you go through a jury trial and win your case. The second thing you want to look for is an attorney who has good communication. You want somebody who is going to keep you involved and informed about your case and have you participate. The third thing you want to look for is an attorney who has good results, like I do, and finally you want to have an attorney you feel comfortable with.
